| Carol Hatch Carol Hatch, Vice President of Hardy Realty, has been associated with the Company since 1990 as Property Manager and Associate Broker. A native of Rome, Carol is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance and Commercial Banking. Licensed as a Realtor since 1982, she holds a Georgia Real Estate Brokers License. Carol has obtained the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) through her membership and education in the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Greater Rome Board of Realtors, a member of the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Rome XIV. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Hospitality House for Women. Carol is an active member of the Coosa Valley Tennis Association and the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association. Carol is also a member of the Seven Hills Rotary Club. Carol lives in Rome with her husband, John, and daughters, Emma and Molly.
