| Joyce Ellison I would like to welcome you to Polk and Floyd County. I moved to Polk County in 1978 from central Florida. I wanted to get back to my family’s roots in Polk County. I married my high school sweetheart, Ron. We have four children and eight grandchildren. My hobbies include boating on the Tennessee River, reading and of course, the beach.
