| Phil Milam I am proud to join the Hardy Realty Team as a Realtor of Residential and Commercial property. After a great and rewarding thirty year career in carpet and yarn manufacturing, as a Quality Control Manager, I am excited about a new career in Real Estate. I am anxious to serve your property needs with loyalty and diligence. I am a lifetime resident of Rome and Floyd County. I graduated from East Rome High School, Darlington School and Jacksonville State University with a B.S. Degree in General Business Administration. I am a private pilot (VFR) in pursuit of an instrument rating. I am a veteran of the U. S. Army. My wife, Lynda, and I enjoy our family of one son Scott and wife Kristy and daughters Riley and Kailey. Our daughter Jodie and husband Joe have one son, Tai. We are active members of Second Avenue Baptist Church where I serve as Deacon, alternate Sunday School Teacher and Trustee. I am a member of the Greater Rome Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. |
